Landscape Design and Construction in Spring Branch
Spring Branch is rural Hill Country territory, and most of the properties we work on out here are larger acreage lots with limestone close to the surface and enough natural elevation change that a flat, formal design usually doesn’t make sense. The properties we build for here often already have good bones: oak groves, natural outcroppings, long views, and our job is more about opening those features up and building around them than imposing a layout on top of them.
Well water is common in Spring Branch rather than municipal service, which changes how we think through irrigation design. We plan systems that work with well capacity and pressure rather than assuming unlimited municipal flow, since overloading a well system is a real problem we’ve seen happen when a design doesn’t account for it.
